Tennis Strategy Lesson

Tennis Strategy Lesson. Why learn more? Well the great thing about sport is that there is no limit as to how far you can develop no matter what level or age you are. And I’m not talking about what level of tennis tournaments or club tennis you play, I’m talking about YOU. There is no limit on YOU as to what kind of player you can become if you keep constantly learning and trying. No one knows what you are capable of, including yourself.

I challenge you to find out. Just know that the only limitations are those you decide you have. If you have a will you’ll find a way, no matter what. Go for it!

I know sometimes it feels like it takes a lot effort to learn more. You know what I mean, thoughts come in your head ‘it’s too hard’ or ‘I’ll do it later’ and ‘I know all that stuff’ and before you know it your on the court loosing again wishing that you took a bit of time out to ‘read that book’ or ‘watch that tape’.

Here is a tip I use to keep out of lazy habits… When I’m faced with a decision I ask myself this simple question: “If I do this or I don’t do this will I regret it when I’m 80 years old?” The reason this works is because the pain of regret hurts more than the pain of effort (and no one knows that more than an 80 year old who didn’t live the life of their dreams). I would hate to look back on my life at 80 and say ‘i wish i did that and this etc’.

It’s always up to you – are you going to learn and therefore keep living a full life or will you decide to just take it easy and hope for the best?

We always have a choice.

On the tennis court, your potential is waiting to be fulfilled.

You can start right now by making the most of your intelligence and learn to use your brain more while you are playing tennis.

Stop switching off your brain when you play. Humble yourself to the fact you don’t know it all and open your mind to learning.

Read this ebook, make some notes, call a buddy for a hit, and pay more attention to what’s happening. You’ll have an absolute edge over your opponent.

Why not give yourself the best chance at winning by doing some strategy study and have some fun with The Insider Tennis Ebook
