E-Book Reviewed:Tennis Mind Game: The Mental Manual

stars-4-5

Tennis Mind Game The Mental Manual for tennis is a book that gets into psychology on the tennis court and Tomaz, the coach, talks about what happens in your head while you aren’t hitting the tennis ball.

I like this book because of the way it is arranged. The chapter titles make it easy for the reader to get tips for problems.

The Contents Page includes very specific headings to help you reach for the information in a moments notice (such as if you have printed this manual and put it in your tennis bag)

Table of Contents:

So you see it is very specific.

Overall the book is mostly about your mind. It is simple in wording and slightly academic, however this is the most specific book I’ve found that makes it easy to quickly find a solutions in those minute critical moments in a match.

The book has a notes section for each chapter so you can write your own notes about your personal ways of dealing with the individual situations mentioned. If you print out the chapters you can actually fold the pages in half and make a book to take with you anywhere.
